Our Installation Process
Property Protection
Before any work begins, we protect your property. Tarps are placed over landscaping, air conditioning units, and any vulnerable areas. We position our dumpster and staging area to minimize impact on your driveway and yard.
Tear-Off & Inspection
We remove the existing roofing material completely, down to the decking. This is a critical step that many budget contractors skip by doing an overlay. Full tear-off allows us to inspect the decking for rot, water damage, or structural issues that would be invisible under old shingles. Any damaged decking is replaced before the new system goes on.
System Installation
A complete roofing system includes multiple layers, each serving a specific purpose:
Drip Edge & Flashing
Metal edging and flashing are installed at all vulnerable points — eaves, rakes, valleys, walls, and penetrations — to direct water away from the structure.
Underlayment
Synthetic underlayment provides a secondary weather barrier between the decking and shingles. Ice and water shield is applied in critical areas like valleys and eaves.
Roofing Material

Ventilation
