Our Cleanup Process
A roofing project generates a significant amount of debris — old shingles, packaging, nails, flashing scraps, and more. Our cleanup process is thorough and systematic:
Roof & Gutter Cleaning
All debris is removed from the roof surface and gutters to ensure clean drainage from day one.
Yard & Driveway Sweep
We sweep all hard surfaces and use magnetic nail sweepers across your entire yard — multiple passes — to pick up any stray nails or metal debris.
Landscaping Check
We inspect all landscaping areas around your home's perimeter for any debris that may have fallen during the project.
Property Restoration
Tarps are removed, staging areas are cleaned, and anything that was moved during the project is returned to its proper place.
The Walkthrough
Once cleanup is complete, we'll walk through the finished project with you. This is your opportunity to see the work up close, ask questions, and raise any concerns. We'll show you the key elements of your new roof, explain any maintenance recommendations, and make sure you're completely satisfied with the result.
During the walkthrough, we'll also:
- Provide before-and-after photos of your project
- Review your warranty coverage and provide documentation
- Register your manufacturer warranty
- Share maintenance tips specific to your roofing material
- Answer any questions about your new roof or gutter system
